Zhateyah YisraEl provides digital advertising services across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, and the "From Hot to Wholesome" podcast. Services include ad creation, posting, and performance monitoring.

3. Payment and Refunds

All payments for advertising services are due in full upon agreement to the advertising package. As this is a digital service, no refunds will be issued once the service has commenced. We guarantee the quality and professionalism of all advertising content and services.

4. Content and Ethical Standards

• Content Approval: All advertising content is subject to approval by Zhateyah YisraEl. We reserve the right to refuse any content that does not align with our brand values or ethical standards.

• Prohibited Content: Advertising content must not contain offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material. This includes but is not limited to content that is discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or misleading.

• Accuracy and Honesty: The Advertiser guarantees that all information provided for the advertisement is accurate and truthful. False claims or deceptive content are strictly prohibited.

6. Performance Monitoring

Performance metrics and insights will be provided to the Advertiser upon request. While we guarantee professional service and content, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes such as click-through rates, conversions, or sales.

7. Confidentiality

All information provided by the Advertiser will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of creating and managing the advertising campaign. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the advertising agreement with written notice. If the Advertiser terminates the agreement after the service has commenced, no refund will be issued.

9. Liability

Zhateyah YisraEl is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the advertised content or service. The Advertiser assumes all responsibility for the content and any claims that arise from it.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
